Clinical Supervision FAQs

I provide supervision that counts toward licensure requirements for Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSWs), Associate Marriage & Family Therapists (AMFTs), and Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCCs) in California, as approved by the BBS.

At this time, I offer individual supervision sessions. Group supervision may be available in the future—please let me know if you’re interested in joining a group.

All supervision sessions are conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, making it convenient to meet wherever you are in California.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused. I emphasize cultural humility, legal and ethical practice, and developing confidence in both clinical skills and professional identity. I aim to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable discussing challenges and successes.

Most supervisees meet with me weekly or biweekly for 1 hour, depending on your current needs and licensure requirements. We’ll decide on a schedule that works best for you.

Individual supervision is $150 per hour. Group rates may be available in the future.

Yes! I have extensive experience in crisis intervention, risk assessments (including 5150s), and safety planning. We’ll work together to ensure you feel supported and competent handling these situations.

Absolutely. We’ll review case notes, treatment plans, and progress documentation to help you meet legal, ethical, and clinical standards.
